At Overia, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

We currently ship to All Over The World.
If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:
Standard Shipping UAE : 2 business days
Express Shipping ratther than UAE: 3-5business days
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over 1,000 AED (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after shipment.
6. Delivery Terms
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If unsuccessful, they may:
Leave a delivery notice for reattempt.
Require pickup from the nearest delivery center.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Overia is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt with:
Order number.
Photos of the damaged package and items.
Deion of the issue.
We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will:
Contact you for reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) if you choose to cancel the order.
